Self-acclaimed Army Chief cum President of Uganda, Idi Amin, called himself a cannibal and was also pronounced the “Butcher of Uganda.” He was a sadistic ruler and liked to kill and torcher people. During his tenure (1971-1979), he killed almost half a million people.
