The world’s most unique fruit, ornamental Pomegranate is scientifically known as Punica granatum and is a fruit-bearing deciduous shrub. It belongs to the family Lythraceae and subfamily Punicoideae.

It is a small height shrub that usually grows to five to eight meters and is mainly found in Iran, India, the United States of America, China, and throughout the Mediterranean region.
